Executive with 15+ years of international experience across general management and strategy, including HVAC/chillers and marine/special projects.

Our approach (Engineering)
On a yacht, in commercial buildings, or in industrial sites, symptoms are often similar (discomfort, humidity, recurring failures, energy drift). What makes the difference: a structured method, relevant measurements, and a deliverable you can act on.
1) Scope
Objective, constraints (short port/yard window), zones, history, available documentation, acceptance criteria.
